Well-regarded volunteer Lucy Piggin has stepped up and joined Craft Victoria as the new Administrative Officer. Lucy previously worked at the craft retail outlet Crowded House and is very knowledgeable of the craft scene. Here she is studying Ramona's extensive handover notes.
