Shiny Shiny Black Bling

Kim Kruger and Gail Harridine, have been involved in a group of indigenous artists who have been working with silversmith Peter Eccles on jewellery techniques. They came to Craft Victoria today to talk about their work and opportunities that might flow from this. We talked about an article in Craft Culture and a possible window display. It's an interesting venture that has lots of things to say about indigenous craft, craft education and the power of jewellery. Watch this space. Posted by Picasa
