Studio Visit: Gaye Naismith

Most of you are probably familiar with Gaye Naismith's warm and woolly label Gaye Abandon, and this week CLOG is happy to present a studio visit to Gaye's studio!

Conveniently located near recent studio visit-ee Anika Cook at River Studios in West Melbourne, Gaye's light-filled studio is also generously-sized and packed with loads of materials, patterns, equipment and pretty things. When CLOG visited Gaye a few weeks ago, Gaye was busy getting her stock for Winter ready - Winter is unsurprisingly her busiest season.

Gaye will also be participating in this year's Design:Made:Trade trade stands which will be held from 21-24 July at the Royal Exhibition Building. This event is part of State of Design, and for more info about Design:Made:Trade, click here!

We hope you enjoy this week's studio visit. Have a happy weekend everyone!

Gaye's ever-popular Winter essential: tubeway armies! Made from upcycled jumpers, these armwarmers are available at our shop for $49.

Tiny clothes!

A big thank you to Gaye for her kind hospitality!

Cute stuff! I've had a table next to hers at a market, and it was embarrassing--her table was going OFF! (It was a cold day!).
Great studio!
