Lesley Kehoe gallery

For two weeks, Lesley Kehoe exhibited a range of contemporary Japanese craft at a Docklands gallery. Here she is with work by lacquer artist, Kurimoto Natsuke. There seems to be difficulty in Japan these days finding the right wood for lacquer work. This artist did not have a problem, finding a car bonnet shaped in the form of a traditional kimono.
