This month, Craft Hatch turns one and to celebrate this joyous occasion in November, we're proud to present to you 10 great makers to remember.
Featuring Dawn Tan, Gemma Johnson, LabthreeOFive, Melinda Hawkes, Sarah Faulkner, Sheena McKinnon, Tamara Watts and Tara Lofhelm and Craft Hatch familiars Sharon Russell and Sue Manski.

Dave Cole artist talk
One of the world's biggest knitters, Dave Cole will discuss his current monumental knitting installation on Footscray’s historic Stockbridge, as well as the greater context of his body of work. Using his genre-bending knitting techniques as a starting point, Cole will explain the developmental process of his works, and the important role that other people play in their creation.

PAN Gallery Award: BOTTLED
In association with Craft Victoria, PAN Gallery is proud to present the inaugural Pan Gallery Award, featuring 18 artists and curated by Anita Cummins and Kim Brockett (Craft Victoria). The winner, as judged by Jane Sawyer, is none other than Katie Jacobs. Congratulations Katie!

The Stories Shoes Tell with April Phillips
Shoe Show exhibitor April Phillips will examine contemporary and traditional footwear with particular reference to the unusual, extreme, and avant-garde. By looking closely at forms, symbolism, and functionality the stories behind these unique shoes unfold.
