Adam Cruickshank's ArtPlay workshop 'Awesome Prizes'

Following up on recent Craft Victoria exhibitor Adam Cruickshank's Awesome Prizes workshop at ArtPlay on Saturday 27 February, here are some photos from the day's events. Partly inspired by Adam's 2009 exhibition at Platform and building upon his ever-optimistic view that "everyone's a winner", Awesome Prizes kicks off Craft Victoria and ArtPlay's series of collaborative workshops for 2010.

In case you were wondering, Reverse Cargo has sadly come and gone, but if you still want more of Adam be sure to have a look at The High Life, a West Space-curated exhibition taking place in Melbourne's inner-city rooftop venues.

Adam Cruickshank and Dell Stewart (who will be exhibiting at Craft Vic in the next round of exhibitions) will be producing an undoubtedly spectacular installation at the Rooftop Bar & Cinema on Curtin House, 252 Swanston Street. The High Life opens tomorrow evening with a crawl through the various rooftop venues, with Adam and Dell's scheduled for 6.15-6.45pm.

And at the end of the day everyone left with big smiles and big trophies.

More photos available for viewing here.

Adam also conducted a workshop in the previous week at Signal called Brand Identity Strategy which you can check out here.
